My Aunt comes over every now and then and we laugh so much it's crazy. Well when she comes we make slow cooker pulled pork. It is very simple.
1 pound of pork loin or you could use chicken
1 bottle of your favorite bbq sauce from the grocery store or even Trader Joe's
about 1/2 or 1/4 Cup of water and your favorite seasonings
Place your meat in the slow cooker. Add your favorite seasoning for my family we love garlic and salt also a little onion powder you might like the bbq sauce and feel that is enough but we love spice so we add it. Add the water to the crock pot and let it stay on low for 6 hours. Then drain the excess liquid from the pot. Add your favorite bbq sauce to the meat and flake with the fork so you can have pulled pork for your sandwiches or as your main dish. I love it with mash potatoes and corn or even with dinner rolls for a quick inexpensive meal.
