Did You Know??

Did you know that there are so many different free things to do with the children this summer that cost very little to no money at all. During this summer I will post some ideas and hopefully they will be of use to some of you that love to enjoy life without breaking the bank.

I learned not to long ago that many of our local libraries give free tickets to the museum. I recently took the children to the Walt Whitman Museum for free. I was very impressed with the libraries willingness to be so helpful and inform me of all of the museum tickets they have to offer. We will be taking a trip to the Intrepid as an educational trip this summer.

Call your local library to see if they offer this program and if not explain that you know of many libraries that are incorporating this program and you as the "diligent patron" would love to know when your district library is going to offer this.
